Curling in Fort William and Lochaber

Fort William does not have an ice rink at present. However, there are plans afoot to develop a curling centre in town and details of this will be publsihed when more information is available.



Curling
The sport of curling is similar to bows, but played on ice. Traditionally the game is known as the Bonspiel - the good game, as was played on frozen lochs and rivers. We'll be bringing you details of the local Curling Club with pictures soon.
