Leisure/Fitness Centres
Fort William is well served for indoor fitness and leisure with several operators who provide indoor fitness equipment and facilities. We have a fantastic hydrotherapy pool - The Dolphin Pool - which is open to everyone and provides great relief of all sorts of aches and pains in their pool which is much warmer than a standard swimming pool.
Our Fort William Leisure Centre has a 25m swimming pool, sauna, squash courts, fitness centre and climbing wall. The Centre is operated and managed by The Highland Council and is open all year. Click below for more details.
The Ben Nevis Hotel, operated by Strathmore Hotels, has a superb swimming pool and fitness room, sauna, steam-room and spa bath. Guests staying at their sister hotel - The Alexandra Hotel, have full access to these facilities.
Fort William's Nevis Centre provides a small selection of indoor sports equipment and also operates a superb 10 Pin bowling alley - a good form of physical exercise.
