North Ballachulish begins as soon as you cross the Ballachulish road
bridge, which spans the narrows of Loch Leven/Loch Linnhe.

Only a few hundred metres further north lies Onich, on the north
shore of Loch Linnhe which enjoys fantastic views over the sea to Argdour
in
the
west,
and the
mountains
of Glencoe
to
the east. Onich's hotels, guesthouses, B & Bs and selfcatering
accommodation are mostly situated along the main A82 road
until one arrives at Inchree and Corran.
When travelling south, the views are quite astounding when first confronted
by the open and wide panoramas.
