If you intend to supply your own complete digital artwork, please read
the information below.
This information is intended as a guide to help you produce digital
artwork which we can use for the production of your postcard or flyer.
If you are not sure, send us a hard copy of your best effort and we'll
make up the digital artwork for you, following your layout supplied.
It is important that the production of postcards and flyers is not held
up by unsuitable artwork.

Artwork size |
You should make up your page size to 176mm x 121mm which
includes a 3mm bleed if your photos are to print off the card. |

Please do not place any text closer than 5mm from the edge
of the trimmed size of the card, which is 172 x 115mm |

Photos |
Digital photos
The resolution of your digital photo should be suitable for printing
a quality card. Make sure either the print image is much larger than
the postcard size, or that the resolution is between 180 and 300
dpi at postcard size
Digital images should be saved in TIF, EPS or JPG format
We will not make any colour, brightness or contract adjustments to
your digital file unless you ask us to, and agree to pay an extra
cost of £15.00
Colour prints or slides
If you are scanning these yourself, scan each image at the size it
will be printed at a resolution of 300dpi, then convert your scan
to CMYK.

Applications |
We can accept Photoshop, Illustrator,
or INDesign files. Do not send Word or Publisher
files without asking us first. If you use Fireworks output
your completed file as a PDF
You can also supply a finalised PDF file containing all images
and fonts used in your document. |

We require a printed out copy of your pages to accompany
